4) Reduce processing time. If the wall thickness is too large, the molding time will be prolonged. According to calculation, the wall thickness will be doubled and the cooling time will be increased by 4 times. The method of improving the mechanical strength of plastic corrugated board is changed from increasing the wall thickness to thin-wall combination, which improves the processing efficiency.

5) Antistatic or conductive. By means of modification, mixing, surface spraying and other methods, the plastic corrugated board can have antistatic or conductive properties.

6) The chemical property is stable, and it can be waterproof, moisture-proof, insect proof and anti-corrosion. Compared with corrugated paper, honeycomb paper and wood board, it has obvious advantages.

7) The surface is smooth and beautiful with complete colors.

8) The manufacturing process has less pollution and can be reused. Although it is difficult to degrade, but from the whole process from raw materials to manufacturing to use, the comprehensive environmental protection effect is obviously dominant.
